Shipping Overview

At FORGD, we don't believe in overproduction.

Many of our products are made to order or released in limited production runs. This allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste and deliver products we're proud to put our name on.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before being dispatched.

During product launches, limited releases or promotional periods, processing times may be longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed by email.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and should be treated as estimates rather than guarantees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

We're working to expand internationally in the future.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier networks, adverse weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

FORGD cannot accept responsibility for delays once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier.
